Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Praise Publishing House. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns and refunds are possible for both digital and physical products purchased on our website.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & PDFs)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of eBooks and PDF downloads are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed. A refund will only be considered if:

• The file was never delivered or the download link did not work, and
• Our team is unable to resolve the delivery issue within a reasonable time.

3. Physical Books (Paperback & Hardcover)

You may request a return or replacement for a physical book within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

• Damaged or defective, or
• Incorrect (not the title you ordered).

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email us with photos of the item and your order details to start the process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads that have already been accessed.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel a physical-book order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return as described above. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the same gateway used for the purchase:

• Razorpay (India): typically 5-7 business days after approval.
• PayPal (international): typically 5-10 business days after approval.

The exact time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund
