Praise Publishing House offers secure online payments for all books and digital products sold on our website. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, the currencies we support, and how your payment information is protected.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through two trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways:

• Razorpay (for customers in India): Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets.
• PayPal (for international customers): Credit/debit cards and PayPal account balance.

3. Currency

• Orders within India are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
• International orders are processed in US Dollars (USD) or the equivalent supported currency via PayPal.

If your card currency differs from the billing currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency-conversion charge.

4. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed directly by Razorpay or PayPal on their secure, PCI-DSS compliant servers. Praise Publishing House does not collect, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed on the respective product pages and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully authorised, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If payment is completed but you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us with your transaction reference.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, no order will be created and you will not be charged. Any amount temporarily blocked by your bank for a failed transaction is automatically released as per your bank's timeline. You may retry the payment or use an alternative method.
